Founder Lawyer
The founder of our office, Zafer MUTLU, was born in 1975 in Izmit, Kocaeli. He completed his primary, middle, and high school education in Izmit. He graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty in 2002.
In 2004, he started his career as a lawyer in Kocaeli/Izmit and currently serves as the managing partner of Mutlu Law Office in the same city.
He is married and a father of three daughters.
